about us
a little bit cheeky
Spirited, lively, and a bit bohemian, Wildhawk is brought to life by its cast of characters, including a team of veteran bartenders who embrace the art of hospitality as much as the art of making a fine cocktail. The menu features cheeky cocktails with personality.
The name Wildhawk was inspired by a European transplant hell-raiser with a firecracker persona named Lola Montez, who was often referred to as a “Wildhawk.” Her namesake lives on in a neighborhood bar on the corner of 19th and Lexington in San Francisco’s Mission district.
Chason Huggins
General Manager
Born and raised in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, he first came to San Francisco to pursue an MFA in painting at San Francisco Art Institute in North Beach, and after graduating, segued into the service industry, discovering his love for crafting cocktails, thus transitioning his fine arts background into the art of creating fresh, seasonal cocktails with a side of southern hospitality.
"I am honored and excited to lead the Wildhawk team and welcome patrons back to Wildhawk. We have worked hard to create a streamlined menu featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients and offering the same inviting energy that people have grown to love since its opening in 2017.”
